Plastic film various types of moulding materials

Plastic film refers to polymer synthetic materials as the main raw material, and other auxiliary materials in a certain proportion of uniform mixing, in the plastic moulding machinery and equipment for a certain thickness (thickness of 0.01 ~ 0.25mm), the width and unlimited length of the surface of the flat, smooth and soft plastic products.

1.1 The use of plastic film

1.2 Plastic film forming materials

Polymer materials that can be used to mould plastic films include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyvinylidene fluoride, polycarbonate and polyurethane resins. Among them, polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride resins have the largest application, and the plastic film products produced by these three raw materials account for more than 4/5 of the total output of plastic films.
