The coating machine will be composed of water-soluble resin, graphene, graphite, conductive carbon black, water-based thickener, film-forming agent, water-based cross-linking coupling agent, water-based dispersant, and deionized water.
The production steps are:
(1)Prepare graphene/polyurethane resin conductive organic carrier
(2) prepare water-based conductive paint
(3)pour the graphene/polyurethane resin conductive organic carrier in step 1 and the water-based conductive paint mixture prepared in step 2 into a stirrer fully stirred and mixed for 2 hours to obtain the graphene-modified water-based conductive paint.
The graphene-modified water-based conductive paint prepared by the invention not only solves the problem that graphene microplates and conductive carbon black are difficult to disperse in the water-based resin but also has a narrow particle size distribution and good compatibility with the binding resin. The content of the conductive material is high, the resistance of the coating can be greatly reduced after the coating film is formed, and the prepared conductive coating has good stability.
