2. Example of coating type antirust plastic film
The LDPE film is used as the base material, and the gum arabic solution containing the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is coated on the surface, and the vapor phase antirust film is obtained after drying to remove the solvent. Formaldehyde in the formula is the "hardening agent" and antifungal agent of gum arabic, and cyclohexylamine laurate is a corrosion inhibitor and a surfactant, which has good wettability to LDPE film and can reduce the viscosity of gum arabic. Surface performance, improve the adhesion between resin glue solution and LDPE film. The combination of cyclohexylamine laurate and ethylene glycol amine benzoate can prevent the precipitation of additives and form a uniform coating. The anti-rust film has good anti-corrosion effect on steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy and copper. The LDPE or HDPE plastic film produced by blowing after adding a certain proportion of VCI masterbatch, the VCI carrier is a plastic film, and the VCI will be continuously and slowly released from the film body in an appropriate space, forming a saturated gas in a relatively closed space layer, thereby forming an antirust protection for metallic materials in the environment.
